I did a presentation on git. The target audience was composed of researchers that are not using any version control system. I provide my original slides. Even if they are not designed to be exhaustive, they should contain a lot of interesting git commands.

The presentation does not contain a lot of illustrations as I preferred to do some demos (and it takes a long time to do good animations). See below for more illustrations.
Since my presentation, I was pointed to the Pro Git website. A massive book on git is available for download there. The author has also done a recorded presentation with a lot of illustrations and animations on commiting, branching, merging, etc. I would recommend this presentation for getting a better understanding of git.Any feedback or remarks?
